The centered header wasn't working for me, so I looked around in the CSS and it seems as though GitHub's changed it again.

I haven't removed the old lines, just in case it breaks for someone else.

Thanks! Can you revert the changes to osgh.user.css or make a new PR with only changes to osgh.css? The user.css file gets generated automatically so it shouldn't be done in the PR
