Spinner type 1 has variable height which causes issues #81

Spinner type 1 does not have a fixed height because of the animation, which causes issues. In the past many users have reported something similar to https://github.com/daattali/shinycssloaders/issues/54 and now I had to disable captions for spinner 1 because of this.
