Task groups #197

The Trio feature of "nurseries" is pretty interesting. I'm probably going to implement some concept of task groups in Curio that borrows some of those ideas. Feel free to post further thoughts about it here.

There is a TaskGroup() in current Curio. It's kind of a cross between the old Curio "wait" function and some ideas from Trio nurseries.
