In vim, one can switch between editing the current file and the previously edited one by pressing ctrl-shift-6. This has been working fine for me in all different situations. Now I am using Debian GNU/Linux trixie/sid, and this key no longer works in sakura terminal. It still works in xfce4-terminal, pterm, zutty, and in the full screen text mode VT1-VT6.
