How would you make a vegetarian alternative to this? Looks amazing, but I'd like to replace the chicken 🥰

substitute the chicken with paneer (its an Indian cheese with similar consistency as tofu)

You can, but try using peas instead of chickpeas. Check this Recipe @vicbergquist
