Re-add fern prefix to temporary directories used for testing #96

This is a small amendment to https://github.com/daboross/fern/pull/92.

I'd forgotten how long appveyor CI takes.

Testing locally, I've realized this just doesn't work.

Prefixes are only supported for temporary files. And given this is for testing, and non-essential, I'm just going to drop it.
