Make displaying the component id on the tooltips configurable #15

Allow the user to switch on or off the id displayed as tooltips.

Decide on a method for this; perhaps a configuration file loaded by the 
sfapi.swf

Another option would be to pass the configuration information from the user-
extensions.js file to the swf

A configuration file would be useful if we needed a place to put other 
configuration information in the future.
