With the latest commit the PR is now incoherent (and I actually recommend to move tests of other packages to a different PR)

I've moved the testing for cmdutils to PR #34

We have a typo in connectionsManagement.go (timeTCPInitiatied -> timeTCPInitiated). Do you mind fixing it inside this PR? -> I've sent a commit for this and another very small improvement I saw..
