A simpler Smokeping #31

Smokeping is cool, but hard to set up and ass-slow. Rebuild it in go and make it much easier to configure.

Thinking about this again because I just reloaded my raspberry pi with the latest OS. And I already miss my metrics.

Plus it would be cool to have this easily deployable across tailscale devices so I could have an all-up picture of My Own Personal Internet. 🤯 (MOPI 😂)

In reality, this could just be a thin layer over Grafana. 🤔
