Support 0.36 release #50

0.36 requires a database_position field to be returned per https://discourse.metabase.com/t/database-sync-issue-with-new-version-0-36-0/11028/

I've got this partially working in the feature/036_support branch. It doesn't work for tables that have nested structs so just need to figure that out.
