Upgrade http because most web frameworks do depend on the first stable version. scratchstack-errors needs to be updated simultaneously.

FYI, @george-hopkins, I am still working on getting this integrated into the other packages; some refactoring is needed on the signature package for porting back to the stable (0.10) version.

This has been backported to 0.10 and a 0.10.5 release published.
