Fix param parse when there's a function call in the default parameters #54

While modifying the tests I found that it was failing due to the header line counts... since those seem irrelevant to the test I added a function to remove those so tests can be added more easily.

Hi @aiguofer, Indeed it's a good idea! But the recent PR #55 will ignore comments on the def statement so it could be a problem if there are parenthesis. However I accept your PR. Feel free if you want to add a new one to address that.
