You tube advertisement and Video both are playing simultaneous and both sounds are mixed

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Skipped advertisement and watch video
2.Left screen for 10-15 minutes after pausing the video
3.Again re-played video and clicked on the initial buffering to watch video 
again and found issue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Only one video should be played at one time, sounds should NOT get mixed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Watching video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FN2ip2oVR6I
OS is Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
