It would be super cool if we could use the deployed instance with a bunch of curated dependencies, so that we could reuse it for different scenarios.
E.g. alloy, smithy4s-protocol, smithy-aws-traits. The first two are the most important here, as they can affect code generation with e.g. alloy#nullable and smithy.meta#adt.
