Change Add filter button to Apply
Show Delete button on collection view even when no documents are selected
Remove selection count from collection view
Adjust styling of Home view (limit the width + add pink line on mobile)
Show filters when document list is empty and filters are applied
Fix alignment of notifications
Remove downward motion on button click
Use native select element for document edit tabs on mobile
