New "Setting" to enable or disable wrap-around menu selection. #235

Please, describe the enhancement of feature requested below:

Way back in issue 59 we talked about the ability to have wrap-around style
selections on certain pages and dialogs. I like this feature horizontally
going LEFT to RIGHT or RIGHT to LEFT - it just seems to make sense and is fast
and easy to use. But as for vertical UP and DOWN within a menu - I myself
would prefer to not have this capability. I tend to like all my menus to look
the same each time I access them. The continual scrolling and wrapping
capability of the menus in this way gives the feel that the menu is just plain
too long, never ending, and difficult to return back to a particular menu
choice.

However, I agree that some users may not see the menus in the same way that I
do. Therefore I am proposing a new "Setting" feature entitled something like
"Enable wrap-around Menus", "Yes", "No" which would allow the vertical menu
wrapping to be turned on or off.

Must confess I'm not a big fan of the rolling menus myself...

Hi Eduardo, Thank you for this (issue 235 fix). I am anxious to test this
out - but first before you finish up coding today I did notice that you
used the term "Warp" instead of "Wrap" in code and the wiki for the
menus... Sorry to have to bring this to your attention.
