Intervalometer Review Time override (LCD off) #277

I was wondering whether it is possible to make a special setting for the Review
time while using the intervalometer.

When I shoot normally, I use the Review Time 4-8 sec to make an estimate
whether the picture taken is ok, or not. This setting can be made in the
original Menu of the camera.

But when the Intervalometer is shooting continuously, mostly from tripod, where
everything is just already set, IMO there is no need - at least for me - to see
the pictures from the Review Time settings. I can push the Disp. button to turn
off the LCD = save battery life too, I know, but the Review Time is always
overriding this setting, showing me the actual picture just taken by the
intervalometer.

Can you please introduce a setting to leave the LCD turned off if I use a Disp.
button, and if I want to have a look at the Review Time again, just tu wake the
LCD again with the Disp. button? I mean a setting within the intervalometer
menu?

The camera itself got a "review time" setting, can you set this and try again?

I am aware of that. But read my last 2 sentences. I don't want to get rid of
the review time for good. Sometimes it is good to check. However, I would be
happy if the Disp. button will turn off the LCD screen during the
intervalometer's job, and pressing again I can have a look at the review time.
Is this possible?

I see.. sorry I can't help as I just installed it today as well :)

Pls don't mind as I've got a question that you might help... do you think it's
possible to keep Intervalometer running when the LCD display is turned off?

It looks like to me that the document said the DISP button is used to pause the
execution of any script, thus Intervalometer won't even work when screen is
turned off.
