400d plus menu doesn't appear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.press menu button
2.press DP (direct print)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the 400d plus menu doesn't appear. i think the hack is installed correctly 
because i can see the factory menu, i can change the iso and spot metering but 
i cannot see the menu

What version of the product are you using?

latest version generated automatically

Just turn on the camera THEN press the print button without pressing the menu 
button ;)

As explained in comment #1, you no longer need to enter the standard menu to 
enter 400plus menu; just pres the print button from the main dialog.

However, you should not be seeing the factory menu; leaving the factory mode 
enabled is not advised: you will not be able to download images to the computer 
using a USB connection, for example.
