Use Jump button to display more items in a menu #295

When I'm using presets or scripts, I'd like to be able to use the Jump button 
to quickly display the next page of items (and use Jump again to get back to 
the previous page). I find scrolling up and down one item at a time to be a 
real PITA, when the item you want isn't visible.

Would this be possible?

Isn't this the same as issue #238?

It was done in revision r1498 (please, use a recent nightly build to test it); 
only that instead of using the JUMP button, I decided to use the ZOOM IN / OUT 
buttons as PAGE UP / DOWN.
