Add "Presets" shortcut option to JUMP button

I love how the buttons can be customized and I imagine new options for these 
buttons will grow over time. One I would find handy:

Settings > Config. Buttons
Jump: "400Plus Presets Menu"

When using the Preset modes[1] and camera currently set in the A-DEP mode to 
take advantage of it, a quick "Jump" to a new camera Preset would be quick and 
useful! Almost as fast as switching the shooting mode dial to a preset in Issue 
298.

Currently the options for Jump button are:
None, Intermediate ISO, Repeat last script, Mirror lockup*, AEB*, 400Plus Main 
Menu 
(*currently the most useful for me)
