Danish translation.

I did not find a suitable word for "Ramp(ing)" and "script(ing)", if someone 
have, please add.
Buttons are not translated, as they should match the text on camera body.
When in doubt, I used words from Canon manuals / web site.

Language must be changed *before* entering the Name_Temps menu. Might want to 
add it to wiki :-)

Translation added in revision r1801 (please notice that the language name at 
beginning of the file the must not be translated); suggested comment added to 
the user manual at revision r1802.
