Blue light fixed when 400d start and 400D don't start #343

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I prepare succesfully the CF with EosCard, copy autoexec.bin to the CF. 400d 
1.1.1 firmware installed and succesfully patched with testfir.
2. When I insert the CF on the 400d, blue lights get fixed (don't blink) and I 
can't take any photo. No image on LCD.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I can't use 400plus, no image, no photo

What version of the product are you using?

I try several versions, nighty, stable, old version... without exit.

Please provide any additional information below.

Some time ago I can get 400 plus on the 400d but I lose my CF. Nowadays I can't.

Last nighty can boot into 400d, but no 400plus options when pressing DP button. 
(400plus-20130413-r1808.zip and 400plus-20130407-r1804.zip)

Recharge the battery and try again.
Remove any grip/flash and try again.

Done, no changes.

Extra info: 
nighty 400plus-20130711-r1848.zip blue led blinks ok, no 400plus menu when I 
press DP button.

    400plus-20130414-04.bin.zip: don't boot. fixed blue light. Camera can't switch off without gets off battery.

Maybe broken DP button?

Try another card, may be it's the card itself, or it's not prepared correctly.

I'll test as soon as possible. Maybe test with another CF to usb adaptor too 
and post results
