Adjusted Adv 1 sizes to match Adv 3, fixed PLB #45

  1. Adjusted Adv 1 to match Adv 3 styling, which includes: 1.1 Font sizes, colour and spacing 1.2 PLB font sizes
  2. Fixed PLB to not generate !important in CSS when there were empty values.

I also removed the !important keywords that were in Adv 1's stylesheets this library which prevented overriding the template from the base repo.
