Describe the bug

I started doing weekly monitoring of the pipeline, starting on the 28th of February, excluding pipelines that failed for more than a month and were not used. This week in monitoring I noticed that they reappeared and failed even after deleting them. These pipelines don't even show up in the interface. I deleted them all by AirfLow.

An Elven client described that a pipeline that appears in an interface cannot exclude. This pipeline doesn’t exist in the Airflow.

There is also a pipeline that I cannot delete, there is an error message showed when I go to delete this pipeline.
