Describe the bug

Sometimes after clicking the button of 'Salvar e continuar' nothing happens, and it was expected to go to the next page.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a connection;
2. Click on the connection;
3. Click on the 'Nova pipeline' button to start creating a Pipeline;
4. Follow the instructions to create a Pipeline until "Configuração" step;
5. On "Configuração" step select the columns and the synchronization type and click on "Salvar e continuar".

Expected behavior

After clicking the button it was expected to go to the next step of the Pipeline creation.
