Resolve dadoug/gneasy-genkey#22 by supporting the addition of JPEG photo UIDs #24

The long option '--photo' followed by a JPEG image filename can be given to the script (multiple times if desired) and the image will be added as a UID.

I've added a (Creative Commons-licensed) photo of Testy McTesterson and a script to the 'test' directory that generates a key using the photo.
