AMICO BIDS compatibility? #116

Hi, wondering if AMICO is BIDS compatible?

It looks based on the folder structure it could be?

Hi @karkantar ,

sorry for not getting back to you sooner, my bad. At the moment, AMICO is not BIDS compatible, but it can be modified to working with BIDS data structure. At the moment, we have no one who can atively work on this, but this is definitely a feature we would like to implement asap!

AMICO-NODDI is implemented as a reconstruction algorithm in QSIprep, so that is BIDS-compatible.
