Backward compatibility fiber_shift #12

Add the possibility to use fiber_shift as in the previous version of COMMIT. The value of fiber_shift is assigned to fiber_shiftX, fiber_shiftY and fiber_shiftZ.

Check conflicts of fiber_shift and fiber_shiftX, fiber_shiftY, fiber_shiftZ.
