This pull requests goal is to fix the broken grammar in the readme, and hopefully make the process a bit more clear.

Thanks for this PR. I have only one remark. When you change "different paper item" to "a different item", it change the meaning. The inventory behind /chatitem admin contains multiple paper, and each paper is a way to manage the chat
