Implement Avatar Dropdown for Header and Side Navigation for logged in users

Acceptance Criteria Given all the users, all should be able their profile /avatar after logging in

Definition of Done The "Definition of Done” is when it meets all the criteria and delivers desired functionality, then it is considered to be ‘done’.

• [x] All old tests have been removed
• [x] Updated or added feature to the documentation
