Moving to vercel #192

as per @devpapi0891 observing that CF tunnel is the bottleneck behind my current deployment, I will move the deployment to vercel for now. I will be using the @daedalusdevph account to connect it to vercel as production and move the original repo as the preview.

Re open to add more adapter and build options

In addition i also moved the database now hosted on pockethost.
