6 months ago I like the form idea, good to give the report some structure. By and large it looks pretty sane and an improvement over the status quo. Is it possible to have the logs section 1) call out crash reports specifically in addition to logs, and/or 2) be a text file attachment(s) instead of a copy paste? I only call out 2 because sometimes users cherry pick the sections of the logs that they think are relevant, when the whole thing would be much more useful. Thanks for working on this!
Unfortunately, no way to iterate on this without commits on main or testing on a different repo, which might be the sane thing.

Figure it's a good idea to make it a form, save explaining to noobs how to write a good bug report :-)
