ES Theme Management #31

Would this be for removing existing themes and installing new themes from .zip files (for those themes that are downloaded from Mega, RP forum etc. because they're not yet available to install through the ES Theme Gallery/downloader)?

To be honest, I have currently no clear plan for it.
