Sometimes after a bit of crafting, you fix your gear, or you extract materia, back to crafting log, and you forgot that you should've 1 pre-craft or more to be hq selected. it's now 0 hq, and you were hoping it not be an NQ.
So yeah, /requirequality (minimum), would be nice addition and prevent human error.
