Hosting a grid in the ModalDialog? #1

I just read your article on CSS Tricks and this looks perfect for me. I was wondering could I do something as complicated as host a "grid.js" grid in the modal popup? Seems like it would work but didn't want to go down that rabbit trail without your input.
