POIs with altitude 0 should be on ground level #34

Some data sources do not provide altitude information or when unknown 0.0 (like 
google buzz and wikipedia). For these POIs the altitude is set to 0.0m which is 
bad.

When i look at nearby markers (several hundred meters away) here in Vienna 
(altitude about 200m) they appear on the screen as if the where below me, in 
the ground. 

A solution could be to set the altitude to the current GPS altitude if none 
altitude or 0.0 is provided by the data source.
