Screen freezes when entering early suspend mode #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wait until screen standby timeout is reached
2. Press call-end button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Screen freezes, system crashes

Always when I want to let the screen sleep, I get the same... Screen freezes 
and is going to crash. Any idea? Maybe I can help with the display driver, but 
I don't know if this will fix the problem.

the problem can be in the screen driver or then init.rc have the problem?
brightness problem in in init.rc but I don't know what I need to remove from 
init.rc to get brightness to work, if can get brightness to work then maybe 
screen works much better too.. ?
