Improvement Suggestion

Let's develop dae in local container cluster like what kind is to K8s! This should Include scripts, makefile, and documentations.

Potential Benefits

It's easy to compile dae now, but how to develop dae locally for different scenarios remains unclear. Having this documented helps new developers and tests.
