Below example is nor working because 'gr' is no longer a valid argument of 'liftRangesToAlignment' function

Lift target annotation to query and plot

lifted.annot.gr <- liftRangesToAlignment( gr = target.annot.gr, paf.file = paf.file, direction = "target2query"
