After calling plotMiro with target.region I can not add an annotation. I have checked the regions and the annotation fits within the plotted region.
This is the error message:
Warning message: In addAnnotation(ggplot.obj = plt, annot.gr = regionRange, shape = "rectangle", : None of the ranges reported in 'annot.gr' falls into the x-axis limits !!!
