[x] Write third tutorial using multiple column pdfs and tuple column limits

How-to

[x] Write example for setting seed
[x] Change tolerance to 0.1 in stopping condition example
[x] Implement dwindling mutation probability and add to existing mutation how-to
[x] Change "class attributes" to "attributes" in accessing information how-to
[x] Heavy edit on customise column distributions
[x] Rewrite implement new column distribution
