vredeburg rtl support for <li> #24

Thank you for the excellend vredeburg project!

I'm using it for a Hebrew website and the bullet points and numberings of

    and
      appear on the left - the wrong side of the lines. I think I need to add this npm package: tailwindcss-rtl but I'm not sure how to add it to the project.
