BT notification error (Computer Side)

NOT a copy of issue 3: that is a bug phone-side.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Pair Computer + Device
2.Select BT as a sending and receiving method
3.Send Test Notif.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output - Test notif. Actual - Window titled 'Android Notifier 
Bluetooth Error' states and error occurred whilst receiving BT notification 
(therefore not phone side)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using AN Desktop 0.5.1 on OSX lion + ARN 0.2.8 on Android 2.3.7

Please provide the log output if possible (from the alogcat app on android,
Show Log menu on the multiplatform client, or Console on native mac app):
