Updated the examples to use the simplified syntax and auto-sizing.
Updated the thumbnail generation script to Python 3.x
Added test of all examples to ./test/test_examples.py
Added new example, deconvolution.py
Corrected bug where aspect being set in daft.PGM(aspect=...) was not working.
