I've added document that outlines the release steps closing #111.

@dsfulf: if you get a chance to update the HISTORY.rst file for this release, I'll do the other steps to get it pushed to pypi. Thanks!

@dfm Done. Should this version be 0.1.0, though, given there's a lot of feature addition and not just bug fixes?

Awesome! Calling it v0.1.0 sounds like a good plan. I'll change that tomorrow and then push it to PyPI if you think it's ready.
