Point docs to readthedocs instead of github pages #117

Once @davidwhogg updates the DNS records, docs.daft-pgm.org will be our new domain. At that point, I'll fix the old docs to redirect to the new ones. I have a hack that has worked elsewhere.

Done. The docs now live at docs.daft-pgm.org
