This is for the Pro that wants advanced features for touring.

This user will be experienced with audio equipment and be aware of the features they want. Some key points are:

Reliability: This device will be stationary and therefore rwill not need to be battery powered, making it more reliable. (If the device is battery powered, some sort of indicator would be good to highlight any unexpected performance issues due to low battery. The user would also expect at least 3 hours of active battery life.) Run time performance. Should be able to turn the device on and [6] hours later the device should still function correctly.

Customisability: I/O options, generally would like to have quarter inch input for synth and an XLR input for the microphone. Would be nice to have MIDI input also if an internal synth is developed. If MIDI is used it will likely be USB MIDI rather than physical MIDI cables. Output would ideally be in the form of either quarter inch jack or balanced quarter inch to interface with common PA equipment. Also MIDI out would be nice if keyboard is made. UI Enough dials / buttons to cover all implemented features, without hiding features behind menus. This allows for faster control during live shows. Features: External Synth In, Internal Synth, Basic effects e.g. filters. Quick setup, potentially with saveable presets to change between songs easily. Harmoniser for live vocal harmonies.

Sturdiness: Physical case / fully enclosed to protect electronics. I/O ports should be secure and not easily removed. Water resistant for high humidity / rainy outdoor concerts. Should operate at a range of temperatures.
