Make AND the default booleans in search #1150

Most of the searches with Booleans are AND. This will save time in searching to have AND as default like this is the case in the UNDL/

For example, this search works in the UNDL "710:israel 089:B18 "blue line"", in the MARC Editor you have to say "710:israel AND 089:B18 AND "blue line""
