File Upload: Formats permitted on drag and drop

We should only permit .pdf and .tiff files. Digitization is using .tiff for maps, but currently they use the collector tool to upload those files and not the metadata.un.org.

I need the following file format to be allowed:

• for datasets: csv, xlsx, rdf, xml, ttl, json, md, txt
• for audiovisual: jpg, mp3 Any file types permitted by TIND should also be allowed in the Central Database.

Currently, it is not working as my experiment showed:

1. I created a record for a dataset, I included made up symbol to see if this will link the file correctly
2. I used the file upload to upload a .csv and a .md file.
3. Using the file upload, I primary thought I was able to upload these files. And the links were created in the bib

Problem: By clicking to the link, it automatically add the pdf extension, and does not keep the initial one:

Also I think the document symbol should not be required to upload the file, it forces us to make up fake ones.
