Files missing from gDoc feed #1556

Sometimes symbols are reported in the gDoc data, but the corresponding files are "not found in zip file" according to the logs.

From Joe: "Note that we are not systematically monitoring for files that were never received. The data is in the log data, but there is no system in place to analyze it. "

What official communication channels can we set up to report issues with the feed? If this feed isn't reliable, what other resources might we use? What is ODS using?
